Dear Mrs. Jackson,
My thought's are with you during this very difficult time in your life.

All I would like to do is listen to your stories about Michael and listen to your grandmother stories about Michael's children. That is what we mothers and grandmothers like to do! We like to show each other photos of our children and grandchildren.
Mrs. Jackson, I would like to put my arms around you, bow my head and offer you my sincere apologies.
Thank you for the years we enjoyed Michael.
