'Knight Of The Eternal Heart'

Listen, children and you will here
The tale of the knight so dear.
Who came to the rescue of many a lad,
Like the sweet Sir Galahad.

The music of all time had stood still
Since this knight had gone on his quest
Seeking The Kingdom, oh so fair
He has taken his leave and his rest.

Through the grace of God he searches,
But he has not yet far to go.
For it is written that he who finds this Place,
Will bask in it's wonderful glow.

His loyal subjects were left behind
To ponder what could have been.
Why did our golden child fly?
When his task was about to begin?

The children from every walk of life
Have the fondest memories.
How the minstrel sang them his songs
And climbed the highest trees!

But the path was strewn with rocks aplenty,
While here on this uncharted road.
Many a dragon was slain along the way,
As he carried his heavy load.

The slings and arrows came they did,
As he fought with all his might.
To spread the message of peace and love
To banish the darkness for right.

From all over the land, they came
To this castle's magic site.
The sick, the lame, the ones at risk
For this was the plan of the knight.

He's gone to retrieve his lost youth,
Some believe that to be true.
Others think he wanted the glory,
For his legend only grew.

Oh, knight of the eternal heart,
That beats with a force so strong!
Let us pick up your banner now,
And sing your heartfelt song!

I believe, my friends, that he had no choice
He was called by The Master, right then.
Our brave knight was to lead the choir,
With the universal word of love He sends!
