Non-Official Merchandising Worries Estate
According to TMZ, Michael Jackson's lawyers are concerned that too many "entrepreneurs" are making small fortunes by bootlegging merchandise with his name. And they want it to stop immediately.
In documents that were filed with the court, Michael's lawyers want the judge to approve a merchandising agreement with Bravado International, a merchandising company, and they are requesting the power to punish those who are making money off the memory of Michael via unauthorized merchandise.
