CLARIFICATION REGARDING RAYMONE BAIN’S TAX
ISSUES
“Contrary to published reports, my client Raymone Bain, did not plead guilty to income tax
evasion, nor did she plead guilty to failure to file her income tax returns for 2006 and 2007.
“On June 22, 2011, Ms. Bain plead guilty to failure to file her federal and District of Columbia
Income tax returns for 2008, both of which are misdemeanors.”
