Update MIM campaign

Due to the as yet unresolved glitch at Amazon and the losses sustained by that, the campaign to get Joe Vogel's Man in the Music into the bestsellers lists has been extended to Midnight, Sunday, November 13.

The contest at PMF is also being extended to this date. The information at PMF on the contest page still says Nov 1 - Nov 4, but it will change to reflect the new end date of the surge buy effort -- Nov 13 -- shortly.
