Want The Truth Of How The 2006 WMA's REALLY Went?

Our friend and fan Wendy Grafton had the pleasure of attending the 2006 WMA's and she would like to share her experience. Contrary to the negative media reviews, the fans loved it!

Here's her story:

Upon arrival to the WMA's, my friend and I cued for hours amongst possibly a thousand other people. The large majority of the conversations going on were people wanting to see Michael. The show started late about 8. We were standing near the the stage amongst lots of other MJ fans dressed in various Michael type outfits.

The show had quite a few technical problems (loss of sound). It started well after the sound was sorted out.The atmosphere was electric!

In between artists there were lots of people chanting MICHAEL, MICHAEL. The floor where we were standing was not too full until The King Of Pop. came out, then people appeared out of no where. The chants were getting louder  for Michael, then the music of thriller started & more screams & singing ensued as it was performed along with dancers in zombie costumes.

When Michael appeared everyone began standing to catch a view.  They were screaming and we all went crazy!  I screamed too. At last I could finally see my hero live , in the same room ...Magic!!!  We were all screaming as he gave his speech, (very lovely too.)  Then he went off the stage, (that's when the boos started but from what I could see, the boos were for the next artist who, (poor thing), had to follow Michael.)  The fans just wanted Michael back.

After more chanting & waiting eventually a choir appeared on the stage and sang " We are the world" I could not see it clearly so I was jumping up and down like many other fans. We were in heaven. ( nobody seemed disappointed then)

He then appeared to more screams and did sing. It seemed like his mike cut out but who cares when you see the King Of  Pop. He did sing only abit but he walked around the stage to greet the fans to their delight. Then he moved around the stage & I ran to see him. He looked GREAT!

He finally left the stage at 10:50.

I had to leave to get the last train home. my head ringing with the music, my heart racing...,I had finally seen MJ.

WE LOVE YOU MICHAEL!!!

The next day critisms came out about the show it was so unfair. When I bought the tickets they said he will not perform. I did not think he would so when he did sing a bit it made it a night I'll never forget.

Thank you

MICHAEL  WE LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!
