In its 119th week on the Billboard charts, Michael Jackson’s 2003 release “Number Ones” once again claimed the # 1 spot on the Top Comprehensive Album chart for the second consecutive week. Nielsen SoundScan “Number Ones” sold 154,000 copies last week; down 21% from the week prior.
Billboard’s Top Comprehensive Albums ranks the top selling albums in the country, regardless of age; whereas the Billboard 200 houses only new and current titles — generally those less than 18 months old.
