Cirque du Soleil President Daniel Lamarre flew in for Shania Twain’s opening night Saturday, and at the Caesars Palace box office, he told me that his cast and crew of the new permanent Michael Jackson show will be arriving here in March for onstage rehearsals at Mandalay Bay. “Everything is on schedule. We still don’t have a show title yet, but we are very pleased with the way the project is developing and coming together.”
