FORGET the cheesy script and horror movie stereotyping - Michael Jackson’s Thriller remains the most popular clip of all time according to our Top 100 Music Videos poll.
The seminal zombie choreography, which has played out in comedies and loungeroom for the past three decades, continues to wow fans despite the YouTube juggernaut that is Psy’s gangnam Style.
Music fans just don’t see the South Korean pop culture phenomenon standing the test of time as Thriller has done as it nears its 30th birthday in December.
And it seems everyone now has a love/hate relationship with Psy’s horsey moves with the “Rate It” or “Hate It” vote split on that clip.
Run DMC v Jason Nevins’ classic dance-off in It’s Like That also drew votes to be included in the Choreography top 10.

“Michael Jackson’s Thriller is best by a long margin. In 2 years time we’ll be saying ‘Psy? Who was he again? You know…the Korean guy who did the funny little hoppy dance thing?’ Yeah. Forgot about him,” writes Redcliffe’s Tea and Symphony.
