Destination 'Fame',,,,,It's All About The Music. . (More Photos Below) . . This weekend is Temecula Valley's International Film & Music Festival, where varies films are being debut and people get to vote whether or not they like the flick before it hits the big screen. It was the red carpet world premier for Destination Fame , which was held at the The Movie Experience theatre in Temecula, California. Writer/producer/ director: Paul DeAngelo, Co director: Ted A Bohus, Executive produce: Carol Kachmar. The limo arrived at 7:00 PM, each person involved in the film began their walk down the red carpet. Joseph Jackson along with his newest protégé, Ms. Crystal Marven, was the most popular, other than American Idol, A.J. Gil. All received a fine welcome as they walked the red carpet. And not to forget, Majestic, Michael's best friend and magician also walked down the red carpet and was featured in the film as well. ( My film review:) I was quite pleased with the movie. It gives young folks hope. That if you believe in yourself, have dreams, even when you think it's never going to happen. They just may come true. One just has to "BELIEVE," and work hard and not give up. Introducing the main characters, A.J. Gil, of American Idol , and the beautiful Crystal Marven, a new budding artist with a voice that rocks you through the core. And of course Joseph Jackson, the music industrialist, makes his first debut in the film as well. Destination fame is of the finest films put out there where you can bring your family to see. A movie you cannot afford to miss, with music that really rocks. The CD will hit the stores soon. Next, was the meet and greet phase. Where you speak with each of the actors in the film, get their autograph and other memorabilia and then it off to the Pachanga Casino to the Silk Room to celebrate the film debut. The Silk Room is the most phenomenal club I've ever gone to other than the MGM's, in Las Vegas. This one beats it out. It's amazing. That night it was highly secured, bouncers in every corner of the place. The place is huge. There is an upstairs and downstairs, with bars in every corner. A beautiful chandelier hangs in the center of the club right under a bar. It's crystals glowing soft colors. Simply stunning There is also a balcony where you can hang out and enjoy with friends. Large torch flames gives a nice romantic warm ambiance appearance, while overlooking the wine valley of Temecula. Really elegant and a must see if you come here. In the men's bathroom, from what one person reported to me, there is like a butler, who stands there with a towel over his arm. You wash your hands and he hands you the towel. Saying "sir" for you. Pretty neat. There are colognes and other toiletries there as well for your personal use. I imagine the same was for the ladies room. The music began, it was quite early, people were just gathering, drinking and relaxing. Suddenly a Jackson re-mix tune came up. That's when I grabbed my partner and began dancing away. Soon others followed. I got the thumbs up from the bouncers for starting the floor going. We were entertained by artist from the movie and of course the one and only, Cuba Gooding Senior who had the floor going with his smooth slick style of dating back to the sixties but with a new twist. In all the entire night was just rocked. I had an amazing time, even though I had to drive back 50 miles to go home and get up early the next day for work. I just didn't want to leave. I really enjoyed myself immensely. I'll let the photos do the rest. Enjoy! A special thank you to Gail Felix and Angel Howansky for inviting me to this wonderful event.
