Attorney to appeal doctor’s conviction in Michael Jackson’s death

LOS ANGLES (CNN) - Dr. Conrad Murray’s attorney is getting ready to file an appeal of his involuntary manslaughter conviction in Michael Jackson’s death. The appeal is to be filed on Monday.

CNN obtained sections of the 3-hundred page document that Murray will use to try to clear his name. It says the prosecutors didn’t prove Jackson was hooked up to an IV drip of the drug that killed him.

The defense theory was that Jackson administered the fatal dosage himself while Murray was away.

    MJ is the king. When i listen his records i feel like he is still alive. Definitely one of the biggest pop music celebrities ever been born!
