Jackson AEG Trial: Updates For Week #2

I think the evidence at trial to date overwhelmingly supports the Jackson family’s position that AEG bears substantial responsibility for Michael’s death. The investigating police officer testified that he immediately recognized Dr. Murray’s financial problems as a potential motive for his negligent treatment of Michael. Dr. Murray put his own needs above Michael’s safety rather than risk not getting paid by AEG. Other witnesses have testified that Michael was in poor health in the period leading up to his death and that attempts to have AEG intervene were ignored.
