And next week, the Glasgow public will get a chance to see them at an exhibition sponsored by the Hard Rock Cafe.
Glasgow Royal Concert Hall is one of only three places in Britain to host the free Hard Rock Couture event.
It gives fans a chance to have an up-close look at 20 pieces of wild, wonderful and historic clothing from the Hard Rock collection.
Prize exhibits include the red leather jacket Michael Jackson wore in his “Beat It” video, the gold corset created for Madonna by French designer Jean Paul Gaultier, Lady Gaga’s Oscar Lima black dress and a black and white catsuit worn by Freddie Mercury on Queen’s 1978 Jazz tour.
