THE Hollywood designer, who created the red jacket Michael Jackson wore in his Thriller video, is coming to Glasgow School of Art.
Deborah Nadoolman Landis, who has a career spanning more than 30 years, has agreed to share her expertise with students.
She has designed costumes for many films including An American Werewolf in London and Raiders of the Lost Ark.
Professor Landis will give a lecture on the central role of costume design in the cinema and have a special session with masters students this month.
Professor Linda Drew, deputy director of Glasgow School of Art, said: “Having a designer of Professor Landis’s stature sharing her expertise and experience is a terrific opportunity for our students.
“Her internationally renowned designs for characters such as Indiana Jones and the Blues Brothers have made a vital contribution to the success of the films.”
