BBC Newsnight veteran Kirsty Wark stunned viewers of Thursday night’s Halloween show with an impromptu performance of Michael Jackson’s iconic Thriller dance.
As the BBC Two programme came to a close, the presenter signed off, asking viewers ‘to be careful out there’, as the instantly recognisable Michael Jackson introduction started to play.
The set took on a green hue and a graveyard backdrop came into view as a troupe of zombie dancers closed in on Wark.
Maintaining a deadpan expression, the 58-year-old looked around her before joining in with the hit song’s signature dance moves.
