Many eleven-year-olds dream about starring in their own music video, but Make-A-Wish kid Lauren had her wish come true when Make-A-Wish Alaska produced a music video starring Lauren lip-syncing and dancing to Michael Jackson’s “Beat It.”
Lauren, a kidney cancer survivor, longed to dance and play again with her friends. When Make-A-Wish offered her a wish, she knew she wanted to make a music video and she picked “Beat It” because she “beat” cancer.
