.
Both so different in their own right, yet so much the same. In this article we would like to share the similarities in these 2 beautiful human beings. By no means is this a contest as to who was a better person, it’s simply a gesture of love.

Please enjoy. - MJ-Upbeat.com

Though Michael Jackson Had his Mom throughout his life, John did not. He was raised by his Aunt MiMi.

Both Michael and John loved to create art by drawing.

Michael and John both grew up to be award winning musicians but they took their fame far beyond the immense popularity they had achieved. Michael and John used their fame to strive for peace and struggled to make the world a better place. VIDEOS BELOW

John Lennon was born on October 9, 1940, in Liverpool, England. He met Paul McCartney in 1957 and invited McCartney to join his music group. They eventually formed the most successful songwriting partnership in musical history. Lennon left the Beatles in 1969 and later released albums with his wife, Yoko Ono, among others.
.

Michael was born August 29th, 1958. He sold an estimated 750 million records worldwide, released 13 No.1 singles and became one of a handful of artists to be inducted twice into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Guinness Book of World Records recognized Jackson as the Most Successful Entertainer of All Time and “Thriller” as the Biggest Selling Album of All Time. Jackson won 13 Grammy Awards and received the American Music Award’s Artist of the Century Award.

Ironically, later in life, Michael worked with John Lennon’s son Sean in a few projects such as Moonwalker. Michael also later bought the right’s to the Beatles catalogue.

During both Michael as well as John’s struggles to achieve peace throughout their lives they were ridiculed by the media. They were picked on and made fun of by people across the world. They became the butt of many jokes, because they dared to stand up and be different.

.
.

After creating music for many years, both artists took time off in their lives to devote to being parents. Michael was devoting his time to Paris, Prince and Blanket.

.
.

And John Lennon was devoting time to his son Sean. He was a stay at home dad.

.
.

Finally, after some time away from the spotlight, both John as well as Michael decided to make a comeback. They were both very excited about it.

Michael announced his ‘This Is It’ Concert’s. (Photo Below)

.

And John introducing his ‘Double Fantasy’ album.

.
.
Sadly,
.

On December 8, 1980, John was on his way out to the studio to work on his comeback album, later that night, upon his arrival home he was killed. (Here he is below giving his autograph to the very man that murdered him earlier that evening.)

.
.

Michael Jackson had just come back from his comeback rehearsals when he too was killed, also, at his home. He was murdered by lethal injection at the hands of Conrad Murray. Photo below shows Michael singing the last song at rehearsals…… Earth Song.

.
.

Both John as well as Michael were murdered right on the brink of their comebacks.

Both were murdered at their homes.

Both left behind very young children.

Neither of these beautiful men will see their children grow up. They will never see their grandchildren. They deserved so much better from this world.

If they could see their children today, this is what they would see:

For Michael, He would see his daughter Paris, with her mother Debbie:

Or his son Prince

Or Blanket…..

John won’t be able to see Sean as he looks now.

Nor his son Julian….

The world was ROCKED to it’s core when these beautiful souls were taken from this earth. They were constantly ridiculed and made fun of during their short stay here on earth. All because they were ‘different’ and they took a stand for what they believed in.
.
Not many people in this world will ever come close to doing even half of what these 2 men have done but hopefully we can learn from them not to make fun of people who seem ‘different’. Let’s embrace the people that do good in this world. Let them know how much they’re appreciated. Being different is what makes this world better. Let’s love who we have now because they too may be gone in a heartbeat.
.
Dear Michael & John,
.
There will never be anyone to replace you. You were one of a kind. I hope you’re in heaven with the people you love. Soon we’ll all meet you there. Remember that you are loved for all eternity. This world will never forget you. Never.
.
God Bless,
.

Thank you for this beautiful tribute Bonnie, I was extremely moved. Both of them were the ultimate peacemakers and true music geniuses whose iconic statuses took them higher than what the planet provided.
