Michael Jackson was found innocent in a court of law. That carries more weight than anything published by a sensationalist tabloid that regularly publishes untruths.
If the Estate were to publish a statement denouncing these tired articles every time they appear, it would not only generate MORE attention and news for the malicious information, but it would do nothing to stop future articles coming out whenever a publication like RadarOnline needs more traffic. In fact, the outraged response that sites like RadarOnline elicits from publishing these articles is exactly why they post them; they are in the business of selling eyeballs to advertisers. The advertisers do not care if Michael’s fans are angry, as long as they are clicking on the articles.
The only thing that will be effective is to deprive the publishers of their advertising dollars.

I agree with the Estate. They should not make money by our responses this how they will stop. When they see there is no money form them by doing this they will move on to something else. This is old news and doesn’t catch anyone by surprise anymore. Thank you to Mr. Mesereau for still fighting for his former client. Has to be that he truly believed in Michael’s innocence to continue to speak up for him. Justice must prevail.

Bonnie, thank you for providing this information concerning this false tabloid article. It’s very disturbing that it was presented at this time considering it coincides with not only Michael’s acquittal of these charges, but also the anniversary of his passing. Let’s remember, if any of this was true Sneddon would have presented it during the trial. As Tom Mesereau stated, Sneddon threw everything he had and NOTHING stuck!! This article is an attempt to poison the hearts and minds of those who have just begun to discover Michael’s music and the kind and caring man he truly was.
They need to leave him alone. The man is innocent, and the media they don’t have a life so they got to find somebody to pick on so they can feel better about themselves. The need to get a life and stop trying to live everybody else’s life those fools.
