A blossom left unopened
A dream never fulfilled
Promises unkept
Stories left untold
But you knew his stories
You knew what was in his heart
He loved you uncondtionally right from the very start
You knew his dreams
You felt his pain
His life with you made it all go away
A special flower comes only once in a lifetime
Michael, your father, son, brother
was one of them that bloomed in our lifetime
and touched all of our hearts.
He was the perfect flower
just beyond my reach
But not yours
