Judge Backs Trustees

Michael Jackson’s mother, Katherine, has lost her bid to be named a third trustee of her late son’s estate.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff signed an order allowing the named trustees to go ahead with their administration of Michael Jackson’s affairs over Mrs. Jackson’s objections. However, Katherine Jackson retains temporary custody of the three children.
