Today marks a very special day for us here at MJ-Upbeat.com. It’s our 10 year anniversary!
I, Bonnie Lamrock, who is the administrator of this web site, am so very grateful to have been a part of the Michael Jackson Community for as long as I have. I’ve met so many new friends & I’ve expirienced very special adventure’s & opportunity’s throughout this decade.
MJ-Upbeat owes a debt of gratitude to ‘The Michael Jackson World Network’. Jayne Ross, (the President of MJWN), hired me as a volunteer to work with them back in 2003. They welcomed me to come and also work at Michael’s 45th Birthday party in 2003. (A memory I’ll never forget).
It was shortly after Michael’s Birthday Party that I decided to open my very own MJ web site.
On ‘this’ day, back in 2003, I opened MJ-Upbeat on a free server, (called Hometown AOL), then, as the site grew larger, I moved to a larger server where MJ-Upbeat became ‘official’. 
I want to thank Michael Jackson first and foremost. You are my hero, my love & my mentor. Michael, you taught me to try my hardest at whatever I do. It’s because of you Michael, that I work as hard as I do to make my site the very best that I can.
I also would like to give thanks to my friend and former boss, Jayne Ross at ‘The Michael Jackson World Network’. Jayne and the entire team at MJWN taught me how to run my web site with respect, love and accuracy. Thank you MJWN Team!
Lastly, (but certainly not least), I would like to thank all the fans who I’ve met along the way. I’ve met so many people from all over the world, some I’ve created a bond with that can only be decribed as ‘Family’. We all are a family and I hope to be with you another 10 years!! 
Thank you for being there for this 10 year journey everyone.
